The publication of ebooks is on the rise. Children are becoming more used to reading stories online. They most certainly use interactive whiteboards at school. I think there will always be physical books around but as a writer I need to consider what readers are looking for.
With this in mind I have now created my own ebook which you can buy from Amazon - you can go through the link at the right hand side of this page. My ebook is called 'Jungle School Adventures'. It has four short stories which are ideal for the newly confident reader. The stories are based around Zach Zebra and the problems he has at school - something which young children can identify with! There are no pictures so it is perfect for readers who are 'too old' for picture books. Also, the words alone will help them use their imaginations to make the pictures in their minds.
